Happy Birthday to You!

Happy Birthday to you ( Munaz ) !

1 more year passed from my life time.. Thanks to them who wished me already and advance thanks to them who might gonna wish me after posting this post.. :)

Last night - I was thinking what really i did upto this age? I did many things, missed many things, faced many things, ate many things, met many peoples, fought with many people and blah blah..... It's really interesting!
Did you ever thought of looking at any Old man/women - how many things really they faced in their whole life? How many things we might need to face in future even?

OK! now i am going to tell about me how did i pass my day today!

I wokeup at 5:00am and had my Fazar prayer and made myself ready for jogging. Usually I start jogging from Banasree (near TV Bhaban) to Meradia (east to Banasree). It's about 2 to 3 miles may be. Had my free hand excersice in Meradia open yard. Then came back home and watched a TV for a while. After having my breakfast with my family went to Choto Mama's home, had chit chat with my cousins after a long time.
Why Long time? Ok! it's Munaz too busy with his easy stuffz.. So he can't move out of few ranges anytime. Busy in few community works, consultency and office works. So i became little unsocial. My office time is different in Relisource. But i never felt bad. I am enjoying job. Al-hamdu-Lillah.

So after the Zumma prayer i left my Choto Mama's home just having my lunch :p saying that i need to go attend my office asap as my office is open at Fridays. Why Friday? We in Relisource have different office timing with different weekends then usual Banglai schedule. As we are working for US clients and our partners, so we following few changes in usual Bangladeshi timing and weekends. Our Office hour starts from 12:00pm and ends at 09:00pm. So, we have near about 3/4 hours to have conferrences and other issues to discuss with clients and partners.

So this was an issue for me to leave Mama's home asap :p Actually I was even interested to see how many wishes are there in my Inbox ? :p You know what? Simin wished me 1st! And the funny thing was she didn't new that 25th was not 28th :p Hahaha.. She lost her date tracking system! But it was interesting to me.. :D

Ok! comming to office? more interesting part was the person who wished me once was wishing me again and again :p May be they were thinking if they have missed to wish me? :p

Most of you might want to ask how old am i? I stepped at 26 :p

Thinking to post another post within few days.. titled as : 25 years experience ;)
What do you think? How much that can get popularity? :p

Don't believe

Don't believe because someone said it to you
Don't believe because its a generally held belief.
Don't believe because it is written in books.
Don't believe because it is of divine origin.
Don't believe because someone else believes it.

Believe only what you see, what you test and judge to be true.

Dedicated to all Moms in this World

After long time i logged into my Hi5 profile when i saw an invitation today and was looking at my Journal there.. Then i got one of my post over there i wrote ...

a soul laughs and shouts whole day long..
even cryies in the dark of the deep midnight ..

makes other to cry - who knows her well..
she is the symbol of sacrifice and the symbol of love...

but no one tries her sacrifice.. no one wants to share her thoughts or feelings.. cause the world is so rude and hopeless...

i wish her the best ...

It was written about a Mom. Ya! It sounds emotional to you. But there are some truth you never felt or never tried to know.. Did you really felt about your Mom deeply? Her sacrifices? She might be laughing or smiling at you. But did you tried to know about her more?

Dedicated to all Moms in this World.

What's in cigarettes?

What's in cigarettes?
Cigarettes contain disgusting things that you would never think about putting in your body. For example, cigarettes contain tar, carbon monoxide and chemicals like DDT, arsenic and formaldehyde (a gas used to preserve dead animals).

The tobacco in cigarettes also contains nicotine--the drug that makes smoking addictive. All of these things are bad for your body. Nicotine raises your risk of heart attack and stroke. Tar and carbon monoxide cause serious breathing problems. And you know tobacco smoke causes cancer.

What's the real deal with tobacco?
Tobacco is toxic to your body. It causes more health problems and early deaths than all illegal drugs combined. On top of that, tobacco is addictive. This means that once you start using it, your body starts to need it. The longer you use tobacco, and the more you use, the harder it is to stop. Everyone who smokes started by "just trying it." That's how the habit and the addiction begin.

Is chewing tobacco as bad as cigarettes?
Yes. Both cigarettes and chewing tobacco are toxic (poison) to your body. We hear more about the harm cigarettes do to the body, but chewing tobacco can also hurt the body. Chewing tobacco can cause sores and white patches in your mouth, as well as diseases and cancers of the mouth, gums and throat. Chewing can give you bad breath, discolor your teeth and cause tooth loss. And one chew contains 15 times the nicotine of a cigarette (meaning the risk of addiction is much higher).

The numbers?
4,500,000 -- The estimated number of children and adolescents in the United States who smoke.
6000 -- The estimated number of people under the age of 18 who try their first cigarette each day.
70 -- The percent of smokers 12 to 17 years old who wish they had never started smoking.

It's never too late to quit.
If you smoke, it's not too late to make a change. To quit, you must break your addiction to nicotine and your habit of smoking. Your habit is the behavior that goes with your tobacco use, such as lighting a cigarette when you get out of school.

Reasons not to smoke.
Expensive (over $1000 a year for a pack a day)
Bad breath
Stained teeth and hands
Cough/sore throat
Problems breathing
Feeling tired and out of breath
Wrinkles (more, sooner)
Arguments with parents, friends
Cancer risk
Heart disease risk
Gum disease risk
Bad smell in your clothes, hair, skin
Cigarette burns in your car or on your clothes
Risk of secondhand smoke to people around you

Things to do instead of smoking
Chew sugarless gum
Call a friend
Chew sunflower seeds, ground mint leaves or caffeine-free herbal tea leaves
Go to a movie or another place where you can't smoke
Take a walk or work out
Remind yourself why you want to quit

Steps to make quitting easier:
Pick a stop date. Choose a date 2 to 4 weeks away so you can get ready to quit. If possible, choose a time when things in your life will change, like when you're about to start a break from school. Or just pick a time when you don't expect any extra stress at school, work or home. For example, quit after final exams, not during them.
Make a list of the reasons why you want to quit. Keep the list on hand so you can look at it when you have a nicotine craving.

Keep track of where, when and why you smoke. You may want to make notes for a week or so to know ahead of time when and why you will crave a cigarette. Plan what you'll do instead of smoking (see list above for ideas). You may also want to plan what you'll say to people who pressure you to smoke.
Throw away all of your tobacco. Clean out your room if you have smoked there. Throw away your ashtrays and lighters--anything that you connect with your smoking habit.
Tell your friends that you're quitting. Ask them not to pressure you about smoking. Find other things to do with them besides smoking. When your stop date arrives, Stop. Plan little rewards for yourself for each tobacco-free day, week or month. For example, buy yourself a new shirt or ask a friend to see a movie with you.

Will I gain weight when I quit?
Some people gain a few pounds. Other people lose weight. The main reason some people gain weight is because they eat more food as a substitute for smoking. You can avoid gaining weight by watching how much you eat, staying busy and working out.

How will I feel when I quit?
You may feel edgy and irritable. You also may get angry or upset faster, have trouble concentrating and feel hungrier than usual. You may have headaches and cough more at first (while your lungs are clearing out). All of these can be symptoms of withdrawal from nicotine. Keep in mind that the worst symptoms will be over in a few days. However, you may still have cravings for tobacco. Those cravings have less to do with nicotine addiction and more to do with the habit of smoking.

What about nicotine gum or nicotine patches?

These products may help you if you feel like you can't quit on your own or you have serious withdrawal symptoms. But don't use the gum or patch without talking to your doctor first. These products were not designed for teens and could make you sick if you use them the wrong way. You may need to follow special instructions.

What if I can't quit?
You can quit. Most people try to quit more than once before they succeed. So don't give up if you slip. Just don't go overboard and buy a whole pack of cigarettes. Instead, think about why you want to quit. Think about what happened to make you slip. Figure out how you'll handle that situation differently next time. Then recommit yourself to quitting. You can do it!

Obviously, smoking "Light" cigarettes is NOT like drinking Diet Coke.
Light cigarettes are not healthier than regular cigarettes. The "Light" and "Mild" qualifiers are simply "flavours". All "flavours" of cigarettes are deadly.

Interesting Conversation - [ Must Read ]

One of my friends sent me this Interesting Conversation today. Liked to share it with you…

---------- Conversation starts here ----------------

An atheist professor of philosophy speaks to his class on the problem science has with God, The Almighty. He asks one of his new students to stand and.....
Prof: So you believe in God?
Student: Absolutely, sir.
Prof: Is God good?
Student: Sure.
Prof: Is God all-powerful?
Student: Yes.
Prof: My brother died of cancer even though he prayed to God to heal him. Most of us would attempt to help others who are ill. But God didn't. How is this God good then? Hmm?
Student is silent.
Prof: You can't answer, can you? Let's start again, young fellow. Is God good?
Student: Yes.
Prof: Is Satan good?
Student: No.
Prof: Where does Satan come from?
Student: From...God...
Prof: That's right. Tell me son, is there evil in this world?
Student: Yes.
Prof: Evil is everywhere, isn't it? And God did make everything. Correct?
Student: Yes.
Prof: So who created evil?
Student does not answer.
Prof: Is there sickness? Immorality? Hatred? Ugliness? All these terrible things exist in the world, don't they?
Student: Yes, sir.
Prof: So, who created them?
Student has no answer.
Prof: Science says you have 5 senses you use to identify and observe the world around you. Tell me, son...Have you ever seen God?
Student: No, sir.
Prof: Tell us if you have ever heard your God?
Student: No, sir.
Prof: Have you ever felt your God, tasted your God, smelt your God? Have you ever had any sensory perception of God for that matter?
Student: No, sir. I'm afraid I haven't.
Prof: Yet you still believe in Him?
Student: Yes.
Prof: According to empirical, testable, demonstrable protocol, science says your GOD doesn't exist. What do you say to that, son?
Student: Nothing. I only have my faith.
Prof: Yes Faith. And that is the problem science has.
Now the student said can I ask something to you Professor.
Student: Professor, is there such a thing as heat?
Prof: Yes.
Student: And is there such a thing as cold?
Prof: Yes.
Student: No sir. There isn't.

(The lecture theatre becomes very quiet with this turn of events.)

Student: Sir, you can have lots of heat, even more heat, superheat, megaheat, white heat, a little heat or no heat. But we don't have anything called cold. We can hit 458 degrees below zero which is no heat, but we can't go any further after that. There is no such thing as cold. Cold is only a word we use to describe the absence of heat. We cannot measure cold. Heat is energy. Cold is not the opposite of heat, sir, just the absence of it.

(There is pin-drop silence in the lecture theatre.)

Student: What about darkness, Professor? Is there such a thing as darkness?
Prof: Yes. What is night if there isn't darkness?
Student: You're wrong again, sir. Darkness is the absence of something. You can have low light, normal light, bright light, flashing light... But if you have no light constantly, you have nothing and it's called darkness, isn't it? In reality, darkness isn't. If it were you would be able to make darkness darker, wouldn't you?
Prof: So what is the point you are making, young man?
Student: Sir, my point is your philosophical premise is flawed.
Prof: Flawed? Can you explain how?
Student: Sir, you are working on the premise of duality. You argue there is life and then there is death, a good God and a bad God. You are viewing the concept of God as something finite, something we can measure. Sir, science can't even explain a thought. It uses electricity and magnetism, but has never seen, much less fully understood either one. To view death as the opposite of life is to be ignorant of the fact that death cannot exist as a substantive thing. Death is not the opposite of life: just the absence of it. Now tell me, Professor. Do you teach your students that they evolved from a monkey?
Prof: If you are referring to the natural evolutionary process, yes, of course, I do.
Student: Have you ever observed evolution with your own eyes, sir?

(The Professor shakes his head with a smile, beginning to realize where the argument is going.)

Student: Since no one has ever observed the process of evolution at work and cannot even prove that this process is an on-going endeavor, are you not teaching your opinion, sir? Are you not a preacher? (and no scientist?)

(The class is in uproar.)

Student: Is there anyone in the class who has ever seen the Professor's brain?

(The class breaks out into laughter.)

Student: Is there anyone here who has ever heard the Professor's brain, felt it, touched or smelt it? No one appears to have done so. So, according to the established rules of empirical, stable, demonstrable protocol, science says that you have no brain, sir. With all due respect, sir, how do we then trust your lectures, sir?

(The room is silent. The professor stares at the student, his face unfathomable.)

Prof: I guess you'll have to take them on faith, son.
Student: That is it sir... The link between man & god is FAITH. That is all that keeps things moving & alive. .
WANT TO KNOW WHO THAT STUDENT WAS? This is a true story, and the student was none other than

Attention to Bloggers!

I got more then 35 comments in a single minute yesterday. It was someone using the Anonymous option to comment in any Blog that usually we have in Blogspot.

It's basically spamming. Spammers are using to spam over those Blogs using the Anonymous posting facility in those Blogs where the Post moderation is not enabled.

As i kept my Comment posting open for all and unmoderated. So i had to face this problem yesterday. And now i am sorry for say all my friends and my Blog readers that i am changing the status and keeping my Blog comments moderated to remove those spamming comments and advertisements.
I want to make you all (who are reading my post) aware to keep your comments moderated otherwise you have to face the same problem within few days. I got one of my known another Blogger has recieved this off topics and advertisement posts by Anonymous identity.

If you think to close the option of Anonymour Post then you might be wrong. cause most of you readers might not be a Blogspot user or redirected from some other urls. So they will not be able to post their valuable comments in you Blog. So it's better you keep all you comments in your hand and let the comments moderated by yourself and keep them whom you want and reject them whom you dislike.

I see - Always we need at least few protection ;)

Sorry Everybody!

Suddenly i thought to search for some Images from Google titled or focuses on "Sorry" word. But interesting thing what i got from Google result was - there is a website called "Sorry Everybody"

URL : http://www.sorryeverybody.com
Have a look at this website and think! Isn't it funny while people says Sorry again for the same wrong mistake? Isn't it true that people learn from their mistakes? read more

People learn from their MISTAKES!

Make sure you read all the way down to the last sentence.
(Most importantly the last sentence.)

There once was a little boy who had a bad

temper. His Father gave him a bag of nails

and told him that every time he lost his

temper, he must hammer a nail into the back

of the fence. The first day the boy had

driven 37 nails into the fence. Over the next

few weeks, as he learned to control his

anger, the number of nails hammered daily

gradually dwindled down. He discovered

it was easier to hold his temper than to

drive those nails into the fence.

Finally the day came when the boy didn't

lose his temper at all. He told his father

about it and the father suggested that the

boy now pull out one nail for each day that

he was able to hold his temper.

The days passed and the young boy was finally

able to tell his father that all the nails

were gone. The father took his son by the

hand and led him to the fence. He said, "You

have done well, my son, but look at the

holes in the fence. The fence will never be

the same. When you say things in anger,

they leave a scar just like this one. You

can put a knife in a man and draw it out.

It won't matter how many times you say I'm

sorry, the wound is still there. " A verbal

wound is as bad as a physical one.

Friends are very rare jewels, indeed. They

make you smile and encourage you to succeed.

They lend an ear, they share words of praise

and they always want to open their hearts to us."

Show your friends! how much you care.

Send this to everyone you consider a FRIEND, even if
it means sending it back to the person who
sent it to you. If it comes back to you,
then you'll know you have a circle of friends.

Please forgive me if I have ever left a hole!
